´Diablos rojos´ the bus system in Panamá

After a while i white little van, which definately has had its best years, runs by. A guy who´s hanging out of the door screams ´Terminal!´. Aha, apparently this one goes my direction. I enter the bus and see how the little wholes in the floor give me the possibility to see the road...
And there we go. I´m finally in a Panamanian city bus. How cool is that! The buses are called, diablos rojos, which means red devils.
While i´m seated i rapidly understand why. With the speed of an emergency car we are crossing the city. I´m holding myself strongly to the passenger seat in front of me in order not to fall out of the window. Claxons are calling all over the place, cars and buses are coming from all corners and salsa music is coming out of the speakers. The other passengers look quite comfortable with the situation, so i try to do the same. Maybe i need some time...?!
